We are seeking an experienced senior leader for the newly created role of Operational Director – Workforce Capability & Development, overseeing the full workforce pipeline for BRHS. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a major regional health service attracts, develops, and retains a capable, values‑aligned workforce.
About The Role
Reporting to the Executive Director Workforce, this role provides strategic and operational leadership across recruitment, education, leadership development and organisational development. You will drive an integrated, future-focused approach to workforce capability that supports safe, person-centred care.
As a senior leader, you will strengthen organisational culture, enhance staff experience and support long‑term workforce sustainability. The role works closely with leaders and external partners to build strong workforce pipelines aligned with BRHS's principles of care and future needs.
