We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to provide operational leadership across Quality, Infection Prevention, Clinical Document Systems and Care Improvement portfolios. This pivotal role ensures high standards of clinical governance, drives continuous improvement, maintains compliance with accreditation standards, and promotes a culture of excellence in patient care and experience.
Reporting to the Executive Director Clinical Care, you will lead a team of managers and specialists, champion digital health transformation, and collaborate with other Operational Directors to optimise patient flow and service performance across BRHS.
