An exciting career opportunity exists for an experienced and strategic professional to provide leadership and operational management for the Medical Workforce Unit, Medical Education Unit, Specialist Consulting Rooms and Dental Services at BRHS. In this newly created position, you will use your health industry experience and human resource management expertise to implement strategies to improve service delivery, enhance patient outcomes and deliver effective resource management.
This role will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to drive performance, quality, and patient satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Key to this role is overseeing effective workforce planning and management to meet short-term service demands and long-term workforce sustainability. Suitable applicants will have strong human resource skills, exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
