We seek an experienced and dynamic leader to provide operational leadership and governance across the clinical support areas of Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, and Pathology ensuring high‑quality, safe, and efficient service delivery. You will play a pivotal role on the senior leadership team, driving innovation, strengthening clinical governance, and enhancing the patient experience across BRHS.
Reporting to the Executive Director Medical Services, you will provide leadership to the Chief Pharmacist, Medical Imaging Manager and manage the external pathology service contract. To be successful in this role you will have a strategic mindset with a focus on quality and collaboration to drive improvements to service delivery, consumer experience and resource management.
