About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Operating Theatre Technicians to join our team at the Royal Children’s Hospital. This is an ongoing full time position at 76 hours per fortnight within the Operating Theatres.
As a member of the multidisciplinary perioperative team, you will provide essential technical and operational support to assist in the safe, efficient and effective delivery of surgical care. Working collaboratively with nursing, anaesthetic and surgical teams, you will help prepare and maintain the operating theatre environment and equipment, support the safe transportation and positioning of patients, and contribute to maintaining high standards of infection prevention and patient safety.
