About the Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Service
The Adult & Older Adult Service within the Mental Health Division provides a range of services for people aged over 25 years and their families and carers living in the City of Banyule and Shire of Nillumbik. Austin Health’s aging population indicating a need for new specialist services to provide care for the existing cohort of registered mental health patients over the age of 65.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate mental health clinician for a new specialist service to provide direct clinical care, consultation and education to other staff to care for adults over the age of 65 with ongoing mental health diagnoses. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing multi-disciplinary team within Austin Health's Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Service Directorate.

About you
As the Older Adult Practice Lead, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset to establish a responsive and integrated mental health and wellbeing service stream for older Victorians.
