This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St.
Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
Maintain the accuracy of employee and business data within our internal HR systems, including newly implemented systems.
Assist the broader HR team with development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Support the P&C People Operations inbox, triage, and be the first point of contact for data, systems, and operational queries.
Support the collection of data and compilation of HR reports for management and operational purposes on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, as required.
Regular engagement with internal stakeholders where needed to ensure accuracy of our data across cyclical reporting requirements and people systems.
Ability to utilise varied data and analytics software for the purpose of data entry, cleansing and formatting.
Accurately filing of documents using various systems, including SharePoint and our document management system (CM9).
With guidance, administrate the onboarding of VIDA Roads’ contractors, including seeking approvals, system entry, support in the allocation of data change requests and routine follow-up.
The Officer, People Operations will be responsible for the administration tasks related to our people data, systems, and reporting to enable VIDA Roads to meet its human resource and operational requirements.
This opportunity is an up to 3 years fixed-term.
