About the role:
The Senior Occupational Therapist at St Albans Community Care Unit plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, recovery-orientated rehabilitation for consumer experiencing long term mental illness.
As a senior clinician, you will lead occupational therapy practice across the program-providing advanced assessments, guiding therapeutic interventions, supporting functional recovery, and driving quality improvements. You will mentor and supervise junior staff, shape the group program, and contribute expert discipline-specific leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
This role is an opportunity to create meaningful change in the lives of consumers while strengthening integrated, community-based mental health services across the Western Health catchment.
