Role description
Join our dedicated team at Dhelkaya Health as a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist in a varied and rewarding backfill position. You'll work across a range of services within the Continuing Care Directorate, including Allied Health Inpatient, Transition Care Programs (TCP), At Home services, Residential Aged Care, and Ambulatory Care.
This flexible role plays a vital part in supporting patient flow and ensuring continuity of care. You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy in both facility-based and home settings, making a meaningful difference to clients in Castlemaine, Maldon, and nearby communities.
