About the role:
Western Health Renal Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead and manage our expanding Dialysis at Home program. This innovative service supports patients to receive dialysis in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence, flexibility, and improved quality of life.
The successful applicant will be a forward thinking leader with demonstrated management experience, a strong clinical background in renal nursing, and a commitment to delivering high quality, patient centred care. This role also includes oversight of the on-call service and collaboration with acute and satellite dialysis teams.
As a key member of the Renal Services Senior Management Team within the Division of Western Health at Home, the NUM will play an integral role in shaping renal and chronic care services across current and future Western Health campuses.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
