Creswick Health is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic clinical leader to join our team as Acute Nurse Unit Manager. Our Sub-Acute service provides an important step-down pathway from tertiary hospitals and includes Transitional Care, Palliative Care, and chronic disease management and support, ensuring patients receive high-quality care close to home.
This unique leadership role offers the opportunity to guide the Creswick nursing team in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager of Aged Care and the Director of Nursing. The position blends hands-on clinical shifts with dedicated time for management responsibilities and quality improvement initiatives, allowing you to lead from within while contributing to the strategic and operational direction of the service. It is an exciting opportunity for a driven nurse leader to play a key role in maintaining excellence in care delivery by ensuring what matters most to each patient remains at the forefront of their care, whilst also supporting positive outcomes for our community.
Situated less than 15 minutes' drive from Ballarat, our Creswick campus features a recently renovated, state of the art 30-room residential aged care facility alongside a 10-bed Sub-Acute unit. Set within a peaceful rural environment, the campus offers the perfect balance of productivity and tranquillity. As a mixed ward service, Creswick Health is committed to providing best care, every time, for our residents and patients. Details of Appointment: Permanent Full time, 80 hours per fortnight + ADO
Salary: NM10 to NM11 dependent on experience + superannuation
