Recognised for excellence in aged care, we pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that supports the wellbeing, dignity and independence of our residents.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to provide strategic and clinical leadership within either the Banksia/Bluegum wings or Sutherland Lodge, our dedicated memory support unit. In this pivotal role, you will lead the coordination of staffing and resources to deliver safe, person‑centred care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards. You will mentor and support a multidisciplinary team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and oversee AN‑ACC processes to ensure timely recognition of changes in care needs.
