We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to lead our 16-bed Acute Ward, which provides high-quality care to both medical and surgical patients. This role also includes oversight of our Hospital in the Home (HITH) program, offering innovative care solutions that support patients in their own homes.
As NUM, you will be responsible for clinical leadership, operational management, and driving excellence in patient outcomes. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for staff development.
