Why Join RMH?
About the role
Join the Victorian Palliative Care Advice Service at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and lead a highly skilled team delivering compassionate, evidence-based support to people living with life-limiting illness and their families. As Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, providing leadership, mentoring and performance management to a team of specialist nurses while ensuring safe, accessible and high-quality care.
Working collaboratively with health professionals across Victoria, the service promotes best practice in palliative and end-of-life care through clinical expertise, education and innovation, ensuring every Victorian has access to quality care when it matters most.
