The Nurse Unit Manager - Macedon Ranges Community Nurses (MRCN) is an integral role within our health services.
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Community Operations, the Nurse Unit Manager - MRCN has a strong leadership role and assumes responsibility for the day to day operational and clinical management of the Macedon Ranges Community Nursing team & allied health assistants working under the Transition to care program (Kyneton).
The position is accountable for ensuring the development, provision and review of predominantly community based aged care programs and services across the Macedon Ranges shires to ensure a ‘Best Care' service is delivered within the context of strategic plans and defined resources, to ensure the achievement of Central Highlands Rural Health Service goals and objectives.
Classification: NM11 (Nurse Unit Manager) @ $69.00 per hour
Hours: 80 hours per fortnight including an ADO each 4 weeks
Location: Kyneton
