About the Role
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) and Inner West Area Mental Health Service (IWAMHS) are seeking a clinician to join our state-wide specialist Neuropsychiatry service. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality neuropsychiatric assessment, consultation and management advice to psychiatric, neurological, medical and mental health services across Victoria.
Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with clinicians across neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, neurology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work and nursing to provide comprehensive, recovery-focused and evidence-based care for consumers and their families/carers. You will play an active role in supporting holistic assessment and treatment planning for people with complex neuropsychiatric presentations.
This position sits within a nationally and internationally recognised service with over 50 years of specialist expertise. You will contribute to a strong culture of learning, research and practice development, with opportunities to further develop your skills while supporting improved outcomes for consumers through evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration.
