About the opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced regulatory leader to establish and lead a new Network Resilience function at Energy Safe Victoria, within the Legal, Governance and Regulatory Policy division.
You will oversee how electricity distribution businesses deliver on commitments to strengthen network resilience improving reliability and reducing the impact of severe weather. Backed by new legislation, your team will assess delivery plans, monitor performance, and drive accountability through transparent reporting and appropriate compliance and enforcement tools.
Your team may also be engaged to support other areas to assess complex regulatory submissions and to develop positions and submissions on strategically significant issues to influence government policy and legislative change.
As Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring strong governance, sound decision-making, and delivery of statutory obligations. You will also help translate policy into practical regulatory outcomes across complex technical and stakeholder environments.
