We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead the Victorian Paediatric Clinical Network. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational and strategic aspects of the Network, working closely with the Network Clinical Lead to drive system-wide improvements in paediatric care.
This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the health and wellbeing of children across the state by supporting coordinated, high-quality services and strengthening partnerships within the paediatric sector in RCH.

A strong background in health service management
Sound understanding of the paediatric health system
Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work autonomously while delivering on Network priorities and long-term goals

This is a part-time (0.8 FTE), fixed-term position.
