About the Role:
CFA is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and support its ICT network infrastructure, making sure systems are reliable, secure and meet business and technical requirements.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in a related field or bring equivalent industry experience in similar roles within large and complex environments. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate would be highly regarded.
You will have experience supporting or delivering IT projects and a solid understanding of key security and authentication technologies such as RADIUS, Active Directory and Azure Entra. Familiarity with LAN environments, including structured cabling, fibre and wireless technologies as well as IP telephony concepts such as SIP and SCCP, will be beneficial. Exposure to ITIL-based change management processes is also valued.
Just as important as your technical capability is your approach. You will be a collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, learning from others and building strong working relationships. You communicate clearly, work well with stakeholders and are able to stay focused and effective when working to deadlines.
