About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced and skilled clinician (Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist) to lead our service in working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) This part time position will build an effective partnership between South West Healthcare and the NDIS to deliver mental health services and ensures that our workforce engages proactively with consumers and carers throughout the NDIS processes. The role also supports consumers in effectively navigating the NDIS process.

What you bring
Previous experience in project management, service development, and/or quality improvement processes is essential, along with a relevant health-related qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body. A solid understanding of recovery-oriented practices and trauma-informed care as they relate to this role is also required. The successful candidate will possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality, and consistently prioritize a customer-focused approach. Experience in working in the NDIS field, or having a strong understanding of the NDIS processes.
