About the Role:
This is a permanent position at either Part time 0.8 EFT / 64 hours or Full Time 1.0 EFT / 80 hours per fortnight within the Allied Health Administration department.
You will be responsible for:
You'll be a key part of our Allied Health team, helping children and families access the support they need through the NDIS. As the NDIS Administration Coordinator, you'll combine your exceptional administrative skills with a passion for customer service to ensure families, clinicians, and staff receive timely and effective support.
From coordinating NDIS documentation, reporting to support financial processes and quality improvement initiatives, you'll help keep our services running smoothly. You'll also play an important role in maintaining RCH's NDIS accreditation, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and quality standards.

What you’ll achieve:
Classification for this position is in accordance with Award 10 - Managers and Admin Workers.
Depending on experience and qualifications, this will range from AO41 (Grade 4, Level 1) to AO45 (Grade 4, Level 5), base salary from $87,003.80 to $96,181.28 per annum, pro rata for part-time, plus superannuation.

About Allied Health Administration Department:
The Allied Health Administration Department is a central support service within the Allied Health group, working in partnership with Allied Health clinicians, managers, patients and families to enable the delivery of high-quality outpatient services within the Allied Health Specialist Clinic, reception B. The department provides expert administrative, operational, and customer service support across a range of Allied Health programs, helping to ensure patients and families can access services efficiently and effectively.
