This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the conservation and sustainable management of Victoria's native biodiversity. Working within a flexible and supportive team culture, the NVOR Officer will be part of a dynamic environment with real opportunities to implement and influence native vegetation offset/credit trading and allocation in Victoria. The role supports professional growth through involvement in process and system upgrades, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that shape best practice.
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and administrative processes, strong and collaborative problem-solving skills as well as a proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

This is fixed term position available until 31 August 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
