The Opportunity:
The Registrar’s Department is central to academic administration at Holmesglen, delivering efficient and accurate services across the entire student lifecycle. Bringing together functions such as enrolments, timetabling, graduations, information systems and student support, the department ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. As a key point of contact for students, staff and the public, it plays a vital role in supporting student success and maintaining the operational standards that underpin institutional growth and academic excellence.
This role is responsible for developing, configuring, integrating and supporting of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms used by the Institute with a specific focus on Ellucian CRM Recruit and Advance (Microsoft Dynamics) and InPlace (Salesforce) software. It ensures these systems effectively support student recruitment, engagement and advancement through reliable configuration, reporting and seamless integration with core systems. Working closely with stakeholders, IT teams and vendors, the role drives continuous improvement, implements enhancements and resolves issues to optimise CRM-enabled processes across the Institute.
