About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced mental health clinician to join the Colac Adult & Youth Mental Health Team.
This role has a strong focus on supporting young people aged 16-25 years experiencing complex mental health challenges, including alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues, homelessness and psychosocial disadvantage.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, case management, mobile treatment and continuing care, helping young people navigate recovery while remaining connected to their families, education, employment and community.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise and leadership will directly influence outcomes for vulnerable young people.
