Position Overview
- Employment Type: Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) Permanent, with a monthly accrued day off. Part-time applicants may be considered - please state your preferred hours in your application.

- Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3: $100,932.00 - $112,091.20
- Occupational Therapist Grade 2: $88,030.80 - $101,197.20
- Social Worker Grade 2: $88,030.80 - $101,197.20
- Psychologist Grade 2: $94,478.80 - $106,906.80
- Provisional Psychologist Grade 1: $62,535.20- $90,922.00
What you bring
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience in mental health clinical services, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary model.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented practice, trauma-informed care, mental health legislation, and current policy trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the confidence to make independent clinical decisions when required.
Qualifications
Dependent on your professional background, you will hold:
Registered Nurse
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- At least 2 years' experience in mental health services.
- (Desirable) Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or specialist undergraduate Mental Health Nursing program.
Occupational Therapist
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
Social Worker
- Degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Psychologist
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Psychologist.
