About the Role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications for a Mental Health Clinician to join our Mental Health Referral Services - Centralised Triage team. In this vital frontline role, you will conduct mental health screenings and connect individuals to the most appropriate services whether this is specialist mental health support or referrals to other providers, ensuring they receive the right care at the right time.
As a Mental Health Clinician in this role, you will work at the heart of mental health care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where every decision matters. You will triage urgent cases, coordinate follow-up care, manage bed allocations, and maintain accurate records all while working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
