About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Portland Community Mental Health Service in an ongoing full-time position. Applications are welcomed from Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Psychologists.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialised mental health care and recovery-focused support to adults aged 26-65 across the Portland region. Working alongside consumers, families, carers and community supports, you will deliver person centred, trauma informed care that promotes recovery, resilience and wellbeing.
This is an opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, achieve their recovery goals and improve their quality of life.
