Southwest Healthcare is seeking a passionate Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic Hospital Outreach Post-Suicidal Engagement (HOPE) team. Make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing acute suicidal ideation or recovering from a suicide attempt.
About the Role
The HOPE program provides specialised, evidence-based mental health support to individuals aged 16 and over. Our team delivers tailored biological, psychological, and social interventions to meet each person's unique needs over a three-month engagement period.
Some work occurs outside regular business hours, with shifts scheduled at least one month in advance, offering both flexibility and structured planning.

Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3: $100,932.00 - $112,091.20
Occupational Therapist Grade 2: $88,030.80 - $101,197.20
Social Worker Grade 2: $88,030.80 - $101,197.20
Psychologist Grade 2: $94,478.80 - $106,906.80
** Provisional Psychologists completing a 5+1 internship are encouraged to apply and will be well supported through a structured internship program. This includes regular individual and group supervision, as well as one dedicated day per week allocated for professional development, case report writing, and maintaining logbooks.
