About the role
Join South West Healthcare's Hamilton Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service in this rewarding fixed-term parental leave opportunity as a Mental Health Clinician.
As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high quality, recovery oriented clinical care to consumers, families, and carers. You will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, short and long term case management, and evidence based therapeutic interventions.
The role includes outreach support across a range of settings, including consumers homes, residential care facilities, and community environments, ensuring care is accessible and responsive to individual needs. Working within a collaborative framework, you will maintain strong communication and coordination with colleagues, families, carers, and internal and external stakeholders to support seamless service delivery.
