About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Hamilton Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
In this vital role, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality clinical care to consumers, families, and carers.
Your responsibilities will include:
The role also includes outreach support, ensuring care is accessible across a variety of settings including consumers' homes, residential care facilities, and community environments guided by current clinical best practices. As a Clinician at SWH, you will work within a structured and collaborative framework that emphasises clear communication and coordination with colleagues, families, carers, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.
