Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to take on the role of Medical Imaging Administration Coordinator at NHW Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine.
This role is responsible for the leadership and management of the entire medical imaging administration team, including the team leader, administration assistants, typists, and porters. The coordinator will ensure the team operates efficiently and that every patient receives exceptional customer service.
With a focus on developing the team and maintaining high performance standards, you will oversee scheduling, booking processes, and overall business support. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the management of patient concerns. The coordinator will ensure that daily operations align with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
