We are seeking a motivated Medical Education Officer (MEO) to help plan, coordinate and deliver education, training and orientation for junior medical staff at Bendigo Health.
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Clinical Training and Supervisor of Intern Training to ensure junior doctors receive high-quality supervision, structured learning opportunities and timely support. You will contribute to program development, facilitate teaching activities, assist with assessment and feedback processes, and help coordinate orientation and wellbeing initiatives.
This role plays an important part in maintaining AMC and PMCV accreditation standards and supporting a positive training environment for our junior doctors.
You will be part of the Medical Workforce Unit which supports Bendigo Health by delivering key recruitment, education, employment and rostering services for medical staff, working closely with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.
