Salary Range: $66,768 – $73,811.92 + super and salary packaging (based on candidate experience)

About the Role
Located within the Monash Cancer Centre in Bentleigh East, our Moorabbin campus is seeking a motivated and energetic Medical Administration Officer to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a busy medical practice and have experience with electronic medical records, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Previous experience in a fast-paced medical environment is essential.
• Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Records and Mosaiq is highly desirable.
• Exceptional teamwork, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities professionally and efficiently.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding service to both patients and healthcare professionals.
Working Hours:
• Full-time position with shifts of 8.44 hours per day, working a 9-day fortnight.
• Shifts may vary between 7:30am and 7:30pm.
• Rostered Saturday morning overtime may occasionally be required.
