About the Role
The Marketing and Promotions Coordinator at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (the Commission) supports Human Rights Solutions by delivering marketing and promotions campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
The Marketing and Promotions Coordinator is responsible for developing and scheduling content for use in the Commission's digital channels; developing the marketability and promotion of Commission services and brand; and supporting the broader Commission in marketing and promotions.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Prior experience developing and scheduling content strategies across digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media) to create a wider reach.
• Demonstrated knowledge in contributing to the development strategies of marketing and promotional resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, to push forward the Commission's programs and services, and design high quality public-facing materials.
• Strong ability to track and analyse campaign performance output, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Qualifications
• An appropriate business or finance related qualification is required.
• A professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
