The Opportunity
This Managing Principal Lawyer is a senior leadership role within VIDA Health’s Infrastructure Legal team, responsible for providing authoritative, outcomes-focused legal advice across VIDA Health’s construction and infrastructure portfolio.
Working across the full lifecycle of major health projects, you will influence front-end procurement and contracting strategies, advise on complex delivery phase issues including claims and disputes, and support senior decision-making across government. You will lead and develop a team of lawyers, manage external legal advisors, and play a key role in identifying and managing legal risk across multiple concurrent projects.
This role suits an accomplished construction and infrastructure lawyer who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
