About the role:
The Manager – Value Based Healthcare, Unti 1 is a member of leadership team of the Improvement branch. This position will lead a team responsible for the delivery of targeted projects aligned to the Safer Together Program which aims to improve safety in Victoria's healthcare system through strengthening networks to proactively address systemic issues and create an environment for collaboration, sharing and learning.
The position will support the scoping, design, implementation and measurement of impact of Safer Together Program and utilise evidence-based change methodologies to improve the quality of treatment, care and support in Victoria's health system. This position will also support the operationalisation of the Safer Together Program that that has a shared purpose of reducing harm across the state.
The role reports to the Director, Unit 1 but is expected to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the whole Improvement Branch to deliver against the Safer Together Program and Safer Care Victoria Corporate Plan and strategic objectives.
