The position is responsible for:
This position will lead and support two specialist teams responsible for assessing energy-efficient products and project-based activities under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. You'll guide the team's performance, development and workload to help foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
You will provide expert technical advice to internal and external stakeholders, contribute to program improvements and reforms whilst ensuring assessments are delivered accurately and on time. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in processes and systems, supporting integration across VEU teams and communicating complex technical information to support decision-making.

This is a fixed term position until August 2027 for 18 months. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
