About the roleWe’re looking for a dynamic leader to head up our Talent Acquisition function.
As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead a team of recruitment specialists and play a central role in designing and delivering talent strategies and service delivery models that support the department’s long-term workforce goals.
Working collaboratively across the People and Culture division—including mobility, business partnering and HR operations—you’ll ensure our recruitment services are seamless, strategic and aligned with both departmental and Victorian Public Service frameworks. You’ll champion a positive candidate experience, optimise processes, and lead continuous improvement in service delivery. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on connecting people to purpose, driving results through high-performing teams, and delivering meaningful workforce outcomes.
