About the role:
The Manager is an integral member of a small team responsible for driving collaboration between health services. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of reforms, with a strong focus on the hospital system. This includes supporting the implementation of recommendations from the Health Services Plan and securing government authorisation for other key reforms.
The role operates in a sensitive and time critical environment with many competing priorities. The successful candidate will be a skilled leader who thinks strategically and ensures effective delivery of products to meet divisional, departmental and whole-of-Victorian Government requirements. The candidate will also be flexible, have excellent communication skills, an ability to exercise sound judgement and operate with autonomy.
