THE ROLE
As Manager of Sustaining Housing Outcomes and Complex Care, you will oversee the execution of systemic strategies that prevent homelessness, provide immediate responses, connect vulnerable individuals to stable long-term housing and when they are housed, ensure they stay housed for as long as it's needed.
The Manager will lead a team responsible for program implementation to improve outcomes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This role will work across many varied projects, providing guidance and collaborating with stakeholders in the homelessness sector and state and local governments. The team oversees the policy intent of a range of tenancy sustainment programs including for First Nations people and for those with complex needs. Programs include private rental assistance, housing programs with a justice interface, Tenancy Plus program which includes program alignment between Tenancy Plus and Support for High-Risk Tenants programs.
