About Us:
Adoption Services Victoria is part of the Civil and Enforcement Services Group of the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
Adoption Services Victoria delivers a range of services under the Adoption Act 1984, including counselling to people considering placing a child for adoption, assessing people to be approved to adopt a child, and providing information to people who have been affected by past adoptions.
Adoption Services Victoria includes four business areas: the Adoption Information Service, Child Adoption Victoria, Practice and Reform and Service Integrity. Service Integrity leads the work with funded service providers, records and the provision of counselling to parents considering adoption for their child.
About the Role:
The Manager – Service Integrity takes responsibility for monitoring the Adoption program, including staff, sites, service delivery, the budget, implementation of quality improvement plans, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring that services are delivered within a clear established framework and operational policies.
