THE ROLE
The Manager Security Services is responsible for leading the delivery of contracted security services to ensure the safety of Homes Victorias clients, people, property, and assets. The role is responsible for the management of the department's security service contractor against defined performance and budget parameters, the design and enforcement of safety and security frameworks to ensure safety standards across departmental assets and the ongoing management of contractors to ensure the appropriate recruitment, training, supervision, and scheduling of security guards to meet operational demand and performance standards.
The role will work collaboratively with contractors, renters, local area offices, internal stakeholders, and the broader Victorian Government in developing initiatives that deliver holistic outcomes and service standards to the communities to enhance renter experiences, ensure safety, deliver efficiencies, and ensures value for money. The Manager Security Services will also be responsible for the development, implementation and management of area-based security plans, including risk management plans as they relate to operational security delivery.
