THE ROLE
The Manager Security Services is responsible for leading the delivery of security services to support Homes Victoria's portfolio being safe, liveable, and sustainable. The role is responsible for the management of the departments security service contractor against defined performance targets and budget parameters.
The role will work collaboratively with renters, internal stakeholders, and the broader Victorian Government to develop initiatives that deliver improved outcomes and service standards to enhance renter experiences, deliver efficiencies, and ensures value for money.
The Manager Security Services will also be responsible for the development, implementation and management of security plans across operational sites, including risk management plans as they relate to operational security delivery.
