Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Finance and Performance division as the Manager – Reporting and Analysis. This pivotal role leads the organisation’s reporting and analytics function, delivering high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
You will provide strategic oversight of data analytics platforms, enterprise data governance, and performance reporting across both clinical and operational areas. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that reporting outputs align with the Victorian Health Services Performance Monitoring Framework Performance Priorities, supporting state-wide benchmarks, funding models, and clinical excellence standards.
