An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced policy professional and people leader to join this newly created team to lead our work on delivery of regulatory projects to support the energy transition in electricity distribution networks, including DEECA's critical work on electric vehicle integration. The Manager, Regulatory Projects and EV Integration will focus on leadership and delivery of reforms that enable behind the meter transition and the effective integration of electric vehicles to facilitate a rapid shift towards electrification of transport while maintaining reliability and affordability for Victorian consumers.
The role will lead a team of up to 6 people, and requires strong policy and regulatory capabilities, great people management skills and a collaborative and engaging approach, including the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team with diverse policy and technical skillsets. The role works closely with other areas across the Branch and Division to support timely delivery of effective and joined up reforms in the distribution network.

This is a fixed term position available until 29 June 2029. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
