We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, innovative Recruitment Manager to lead a team in the delivery of high-volume corporate recruitment across the department. This opportunity is available due to an internal secondment.

About the Division
The People Strategy and Operations (VPS) Division is responsible for managing HR operations and providing strategic support for both corporate staff and accommodation services. It oversees corporate environments, sustainability initiatives, payroll, recruitment, policy development, workplace relations, and workforce management. Operating under a values-based framework, the division prioritises meeting client needs and improving policies and processes, to deliver on our corporate responsibilities.
It is an exciting time to join the People Services branch, which manages payroll, people operations, talent acquisition and HR services with the goal of attracting and retaining top talent, whilst nurturing a culture of high performance and innovation.
