About the Role
The role is Ongoing fulltime. The Manager, Rail Performance and Commercial supports the Associate Director by providing contractual, operational, and analytical expertise to ensure effective management of the Franchise Agreement – Train. Acting as the subject matter expert on the Operations Module, the role focuses on key operational performance frameworks such as the Enhanced Operational Performance Regime (EOPR) and Passenger Experience Regime (PXR). It involves delivering authoritative advice and detailed analysis on operational compliance and performance while identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement in partnership with stakeholders.
