About the Role
An exciting and unique opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Cabinet and Governance Branch in the Public Administration Group as the Manager of the newly formed Public Sector Reform Implementation team at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
As a Manager in the Cabinet and Governance Branch, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic policy environment, in a small team among supportive and engaged peers, and across the broader Victorian Public Sector.
In this role, you will also support and liaise with other areas of DPC, DTF and the VPSC in ensuring a coordinated, centralised approach to public sector administration reforms. The role requires working closely with other managers in Cabinet and Governance Branch to support coordinated and timely advice to the Premier, Secretary, DPC and the Victorian Secretaries Board on key recommendations and to embed best practice policy guidance in the VPS.
