About the Role
An exciting and unique opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Cabinet and Governance Branch in the Public Administration Group as the Manager of the Public Sector Workforce team at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
As a Manager in the Cabinet and Governance Branch, you will operate in a fast-paced policy environment, collaborating with a skilled and supportive team and stakeholders across government. To succeed in this role, you will have strong policy analysis and team management skills, and a good understanding of public sector governance and workforce matters, and public administration. Ideally, you will have a sound understanding and demonstrated experience in public administration, public policy, governance or law. In addition, you will have excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
