The EPA Experience
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), the Manager, Project Management Excellence leads a team responsible for delivery of priority enterprise projects and programs and for building project and program management capability at EPA. You will provide coaching and support to EPA staff in the adoption of best practice project management methodologies. You will coordinate and manage the uplift and enhancement of EPA’s enterprise project management handbook, tools and artefacts, and provide support to program and project managers in applying a ‘fit for purpose’ methodology and approach aligned to EPA’s strategic priorities. You will coordinate and manage the delivery of EPA’s highest priority enterprise projects as required.
This is an exciting senior role for an experienced program and project management professional that wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. You will actively contribute to a positive organisational culture and ensure you achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; and foster genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community to support the delivery organisational outcomes.
